Company    FIFL  Interpretations & Translations Company originated several years ago by Elena Tobias,   of Russian descent, currently living in the United States.  Our goal is to offer interpreters to interpret Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Romanian, Indonesian, and other languages for millions of (LEP) Limited English Proficiency individuals for hospitals, business offices, churches, schools and government agencies to better communicate.   Elena Stoukalova-Tobias is orginally from Czech Republic but her parents are from Russia.  Her blessing has overflowed with the privilege and opportunity to attend good schools in Russia and complete a degree in Language Art, in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Also Elena has received the Certificate in Interpretation from Duke University. Elena gives the highest praise and thanks to GOD for allowing her to serve in this country, where she feels that her heart has been attached to for so long.
